1. Do I own the unit?
Yes, the ownership is the just the same as a residential condominium, you will own the land and the building fee simple.

2. What are the sizes of the units?
We are offering 15 units at 16 ft wide by 50ft long and 10 units at 46ft long by 16ft wide. If you were to purchase two units early on, we could eliminate the wall between two units to create a very large space as well as savings.

3. How large are the doors?
They are raised panel sectional insulated doors of the highest quality and very attractive. They are 14ft wide by 16ft high!

4. Can I use this as a hurricane shelter?
The building is engineered to withstand 130 mph winds and we are in a non evacuation area. So the answer is yes, but you will only be allowed to stay in them in a declared emergency hurricane.

5. Will there be a monthly associated with the units?
Yes there will be a monthly fee that will be a proportionate share of the costs of the overall maintenance, landscaping maintenance, outside lighting, insurance and an escrow fund for future deferred maintenance.

6. Can I live in my unit?
Only during a declared and mandatory evacuation during a hurricane.

7. Are there restrictions to the use of my unit?
Yes, we want to keep this complex first class in every way possible, so we are going to limit use to storage only. We do not want anyone running businesses or building cabinets in these units, but you will be able to work on your own units. We will have a set of condo documents in the near future for your review.

8. Who pays for the electricity of my unit?
Each unit is individually metered and you will set up an account with Progress Energy when you buy the unit. This way if want to run your air conditioner all the time, no problem, you can control your own electric bill.

9. The project is behind an existing business, will access ever be a problem?
No, the access is going to be deeded right of way and we currently own the prestigious businesses in front of the property and we will make sure the entry is clear and secure. Remember, our motto "Always Go First Class, If you don't your Heirs Will".

10. How wide are the drives in front of the units?
We had to engineer the site for the fire department so they can turn their largest vehicle. So we actually have a 88' diameter turning area, and a minimum of 46' to over 56' right in front the units!

11. Can I work on my vehicle in my unit?
Sure, these units are wide enough and long enough for you to close the door, turn on the air, and work away. We will not allow work to be done outside the unit other than a wash down.

12. Can I use my unit as a workshop?
There will be restrictions to noise, fumes, dust, etc. So the answer is yes.

13. Bathrooms in the units?
No, we felt this would encourage people sneaking and living in the units. Most of you will have a much nicer bathroom in your coach, and each unit has it's own dump station.

14. Can I customize the interior of the unit?
Sure, you own it, make it more of a palace than it already is. Some ideas are custom flooring, a loft for record storage, Fiberglass wall covering (like you see in Home Depot bathrooms) this is cool and we are going to do this in our unit. As long as you do not interfere with the other units and the structure of the building, it will be approved, but you will need to submit any major changes for approval to the board. (ie, building walls or changing electrical.)

15. Can I rent out my unit?
Sure, once you own it you can rent it, however your renters will have to abide by all condo rules. We have had a few people interested in buying the units strictly as an investment.

16. Will there be an on site manager?
We see no need for this as we are putting in security cameras and the site is totally secure with electronic gates, etc.

17. Can I access the units anytime?
Yes, the gate and your individual door will be remotely controlled and accessible 24/7.

18. Is there security?
The entire complex is set up with a 32 camera system with a DVR recorder. You will have your own camera in your unit and via the internet and a password, you will be able to view your unit only, and all of the exterior common areas.

19. Can I finance the unit?
Yes, we have been working with a few banks and they see no problem.

20. How much deposit will be needed to reserve the unit?
We are not allowed to take funds until the condo docs and the sales contracts are approved, at that time we expect to want a 20% deposit at contract.

21. Can I resell the unit later?
Sure, it is a real piece of property and one great idea if you decided to sell your motor coach would be to package the unit and the coach together as a package for sale or financing.
